Cost of Chartering

In addition to the cost of the Yacht Rental listed below, there are additional costs involved in having Your Private Luxury Yacht and this includes:

1.Dockage Fees….based on per linear foot customary charges (varies from $2-$5 per linear foot per day).

2.Custom and Immigration fees if going to the Bahamas, standard for everybody

3.Fuel fees will vary on distance and speed traveled.

4.Crew cost….typically at least a Captain (varies from $350-$500/day for Captain and deckhand ($150-$300/day).

5.Food & Drinks and provisioning will depend on the guest requests.

6.   Provisioning, Cleaning & Booking Fee: Typically 10% of the charter cost.  Covers cleaning costs after the charter and stocking your supplies and making all administrative arrangements.

7.  Gratuity’s……to the Captain & Deckhand runs 10-20% depending on services provided.  Can be given directly to crew or can be included in price.

 

Remember the above fees would still be present if you owned your yacht full or part time. Rose Great Escapes is offering part time yacht ownership and pays the full time insurance costs on the Yacht and the full time home dockage fees when the yacht is not being Chartered. It might seem like a lot of money to Rent or Charter, but it is a small fraction when compared to full-time yacht ownership.

A.       Half Day:  $2,000 plus sales tax

B.      Full Day:  $2,500 plus sales tax

C.      Full Day with sleep over:   $3,000 plus sales tax

D.      3-day:  $9,000 plus sales tax

E.       Full Week:  $18,000 plus sales tax,
